Printable Thanksgiving Chain

Posted by Devin

The holidays have officially started. Yay! I absolutely love the food, the cheer, the decorations, the baking, the extra family time... It's the best! I also love the opportunity Thanksgiving brings for us to stop and ponder all of the blessings in our lives. Everyday routines can get so hectic and stressful that it is sometimes easy to overlook the amazing and wonderful things we have been given.
In an effort to spend this month with a "thankful attitude" I created this printable Thanksgiving chain for my family. Everyday we will each take a thankful strip out of the jar, write on it what we are thankful for that day, and add it to our chain. By the time Thanksgiving arrives we will have a long and lovely chain representing how many things we have to be thankful for! The boys are super excited about it and I love seeing the things they think to be thankful for each day.
If you would like to join in our activity and get into the spirit of Thanksgiving, you can click here to print the chain! You can also click on the image below.
Have a happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I love these! Growing up I always enjoyed making countdown chains in school. These are the perfect way to get kids (or husbands) excited about being grateful!!
